**The
"Standard" Rooms are non-renovated, and are not
recommended as they are of a very low standard - june 2008.
The Grand Beach's 212 guest rooms are all
sea-facing.
All rooms are fully air conditioned and feature private bathroom
and shower, direct dial telephone, with voice mail for receiving
messages, radio, cable TV (including CNN and 14 stations), safe
deposit in room, electric card lock security system, and
minifridge.
In bathroom, electric shaver outlet for both 220 V and 110 V.
Comfortably furnished and wall to wall carpeted, guest rooms offer
a choice of single or double beds.
Swimming Pool
- located on the roof of the hotel
with panoramic views of the seafront and city (open in season).
The pool's large sun deck is ideal for tanning and relaxing even
in winter.
Beaches - from
the Grand Beach it's literally a 3 minute stroll to several
beautifully maintained, clean beaches. Beach chairs for hire..
Showers. Snack bars. Lifeguard.
Jogging - for
joggers and walkers there's a fabulous paved track running the
entire length of the beach front from the Grand Beach in Tel Aviv
to the ancient harbor of Jaffa.
Tennis courts - 5
minutes by car
Golfing - Israel's
18 hole course is only a 30 minute car drive away.
Wind Surfing and Sailing - available
at the marina nearby - a 10 minute walk from the Grand Beach
